Shearman & Sterling Advises on Banco Davivienda's $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup Global Markets and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith as joint book-running managers in connection with Banco Davivienda Rule 144A/Regulation S senior notes offering. The offering, valued at COP 1,467,830,000,000 (approximately $500 million), pays interest at a rate of 7.5% per annum due 2022. Banco Davivienda, one of the largest financial institutions in Colombia, is a leading, integrated full-service bank with the strongest consumer banking franchise in Colombia.
