Shearman & Sterling is a contributing sponsor for Quesnay’s 2018 Female Founders in FinTech competition.

In the competition, women-led technology startups with a tested product compete for a combined $75,000 in cash prizes along with legal services, financial planning education, mentorship from industry executives, partnership opportunities and more.

Shearman & Sterling’s FinTech Advisory program, which is dedicated to supporting FinTech startups that are shaping the future of financial services, will provide mentoring and legal coaching to finalists.

Wells Fargo is also sponsoring the event, which has additional backing from supporting sponsors Discover Financial and Fidelity Investments, contributing sponsor Royal Bank of Canada, and strategic partner PayPal. Those interested in participating should apply by December 17, 2018.
