Shearman & Sterling advised Partner Communications Company Ltd. on its offering of NIS 225 million Series G Debentures.

The offering closed on January 6, 2019, and was made solely to the public in Israel and pursuant to a shelf report approved by the Israel Securities Authority. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for debt refinancing and ongoing operations. The Series G Debentures will trade on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.

Partner Communications is a leading Israeli provider of telecommunications services, including cellular, fixed-line telephony, internet and television services. Partner Communications’ ADSs are quoted on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and its shares are traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
