Bank of Montreal’s $2.25 Billion Medium-Term Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BMO Capital Markets Corp., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as lead underwriters, in connection with Bank of Montreal’s registered public offering of $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.900% senior notes due 2022 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its floating rate notes due 2022 under its U.S. medium-term note program.
