Shearman & Sterling Adds Restructuring Partner Luckey McDowell in Texas

Shearman & Sterling strengthens its restructuring offering with the addition of highly respected partner Luckey McDowell in Texas. 

Luckey’s practice focuses on advising corporate debtors and creditors on financial restructurings both in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. He has an outstanding national reputation for his work on restructurings for highly leveraged companies, out-of-court workouts, insolvency guidance to boards and all aspects of bankruptcy cases. Luckey also has extensive experience representing acquirers of assets from insolvent companies in complex corporate reorganization cases.
