Shearman & Sterling advised Genmab A/S in connection with its $506 million initial public offering and listing of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on the Nasdaq, the largest-ever biotech offering by a European issuer on a U.S. exchange.  At a valuation of more than $11 billion, this is also the largest biotech industry IPO in more than 20 years by market capitalization.
