Shearman & Sterling represented Citigroup, Credit Agricole, HSBC, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley and Santander, who were dealer managers in a five-day $20 billion exchange offer by Brazilian state oil company Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras).

Petrobras’ cash tender and related exchange offer targeted seven series of outstanding notes in an aggregate principal amount of approximately $7 billion.
