Shearman & Sterling advised EMERAM Capital Partners’ portfolio company, Frostkrone Food Group (Frostkrone), on the financing of the add-on acquisition of Innovate Foods.

Innovate Foods, headquartered in Kirkcaldy, Scotland, produces deep-frozen finger food and snacks for the wholesale trade, for retailers and the food service sector. The company was founded by Tony Dumbreck and is one of the leading producers of finger food in Great Britain.

EMERAM Capital Partners, based in Munich, is an independent private equity firm for mid-cap companies in the German-speaking area. The funds advised by EMERAM, with a fund volume of €400 million, provide capital for the development of companies in five industry sectors: consumer goods, retail, industrial goods, business services and healthcare.
