Shearman & Sterling advised Theatro Labs, Inc. on its $20 million Series C financing led by Sageview Capital, a New York-based venture capital firm.

Based in Dallas, Theatro is the world’s first voice-controlled mobile platform to connect hourly workers to enterprise resources. The new capital will help Theatro rapidly scale its offerings across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and other markets that have large hourly workforces.
