Shearman & Sterling advised Siparex on its minority investment in Batibig Group via the investment fund Siparex ETI 4.

This operation will offer the founders, Charles and Justin Bignon, the opportunity to accelerate the growth of their group, through the broadening of its offering and its geographic expansion and with Siparex's expertise.

Batibig group, comprised of 11 technical and family businesses, specializes in the maintenance and renovation of buildings. The group carries out 40,000 maintenance operations each year with more than 6,000 property management companies in the Paris region (Ile de France).
