Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, led by Barclays Capital Inc., in connection with a shelf takedown of $400 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 2.200 percent notes due 2025, $850 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 3.100 percent notes due 2030 and $500 million of ONEOK, Inc.’s 4.500 percent notes due 2050. The net proceeds from the offering are being used to repay all amounts outstanding under the company’s commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
