Garreth brings broad experience spanning disputes relating to joint venture and shareholder agreements, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment, construction and engineering, telecommunications, oil & gas and renewable energy, natural resources and mining, aviation, financial services, sports, technology and pharmaceuticals.
Garreth represents clients in high-value complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under all leading arbitration rules and a wide variety of national laws.
