Shearman & Sterling advised Citizen Energy on its agreement to acquire all the equity of Blue Mountain Midstream LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Riviera Resources, Inc. (OTCQX: RVRA), for approximately $111 million. The transaction is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2020 and is subject to the satisfaction of certain generally customary closing conditions.
