Global Law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces the appointment of Simon Marchant as a Senior Advisor. 

Based in London, Simon will advise globally on firm and client strategy, lateral recruitment as well as team and profile building. He brings decades of executive management and board level experience within the legal industry in addition to advisory practice knowledge and management consulting expertise.

Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Simon was a consultant providing management and strategic advice to law firms and other professional services firms. Previously he held several leadership roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer including Managing Partner, Corporate, London, having been at the firm for nearly 30 years.
