Shearman & Sterling won three “Deal of the Year” awards at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2020. The awards were given for the following categories and transactions:   

• Debt Market Deal of the Year (Premium) – Bond Offering by Greenko Group
• M&A Deal of the Year (Premium) – China Telecommunications-Udenna’s Joint Venture
• Project Finance Deal of the Year – Project RAPID, also known as PRefChem and Project Marigold
