Cboe Global Markets’ Senior Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BofA Securities, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities, RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities (USA) as joint book-running managers and Bancroft Capital- as co-manager in connection with the offering by Cboe Global Markets- (Cboe) of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.625% senior notes due 2030.  Cboe intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the senior notes to finance the acquisition of BIDS Trading, repay a portion of amounts outstanding under its term loan facility and all outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
