Shearman & Sterling advised Coca-Cola European Partners plc (CCEP) in connection with its issuance of €750 million 0.200 percent senior notes due 2028. The transaction closed on December 2, 2020.

CCEP is a leading consumer goods group in Western Europe, selling, making and distributing an extensive range of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages and are the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler based on revenue.
