Partners Paula Anderson and Philip Urofsky Discuss the Complex Issues Raised by Corporate Whistleblowers at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation 66th Annual Institute

The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF) hosted their 66th Annual Institute from July 23 – 25, 2020. The Annual Institute provides the highest quality legal education and the opportunity for attendees to gather and foster collegial professional relationships. RMMLF is a collaborative, educational, non-profit dedicated to the scholarly and practical study of the laws and regulations relating to oil and gas, mining, energy, public lands, water, environmental and international law.

In December, partners Paula Anderson (New York-Litigation) and Philip Urofsky (Washington, D.C.-Litigation) and associates Katherine Wright (New York-Litigation) and Keisha James (Washington, D.C.-Litigation) published an article titled, “Beware! Whistleblowers, Wolves, and Lambs – Navigating Ethical Landmines in Global Investigations” in the RMMLF Report of Proceedings. Previously, Paula and Philip presented an earlier draft of their paper during the 66th Annual Institute on July 23, 2020.
