Shearman & Sterling Strengthens US Finance and Texas Energy Offerings with Daniel Tristan

Global law firm Shearman & Sterling today announces that Daniel Tristan has joined the Firm as a partner within the Finance practice in Houston. Daniel will also be Texas Finance Team Leader.

Daniel brings market-leading finance capabilities on both the issuer and lender side with deep U.S. energy credentials. As part of his background, Daniel has had a great deal of experience with acquisition financings (public and private M&A), event-driven financings, commercial paper, asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, debt restructurings and workouts, distressed investments and direct and special situations lending. Daniel also brings with him high yield offering and private placement experience.
