CGI’s US$1 Billion Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan Securities, Scotia Capital (USA) and TD Securities (USA), HSBC Securities (USA), PNC Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, National Bank of Canada Financial and RBC Capital Markets, as joint book-running managers, and BMO Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets, SG Americas Securities, BNP Paribas Securities and Credit Agricole Securities (USA), as co-managers, in connection with CGI’s inaugural Rule 144A/Regulation S private placement, comprised of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 1.450 percent Notes due 2026 and US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.300 percent Notes due 2031.
