Shearman & Sterling advised Volta Trucks in its €37 million Series B funding round led by Luxor Capital Group.

Volta Trucks, a Swedish company, is a full-electric commercial vehicle manufacturer and services provider. Its first vehicle, the Volta Zero, is the world’s first purpose-built full-electric 16-ton commercial vehicle created specifically for city center freight distribution.
