Litigation Practice Recognized By Benchmark Litigation With High Marks

Shearman & Sterling has once again been recognized as a top litigation firm in Benchmark Litigation’s 2022 edition, which focuses on the top litigation firms and litigators in the United States.

The overall Litigation practice was rated “highly recommended,” the highest designation, with the team ranked “Tier 1” for both securities and antitrust. The practice was also ranked for white collar, general commercial and international arbitration. Seven partners (Adam Hakki, Stuart Baskin, Stephen Fishbein, John Nathanson, Jeffrey Resetarits, Todd Stenerson, Henry Weisburg) were selected as a “National Practice Area Star” and 13 partners (Adam Hakki, Stuart Baskin, Agnès Dunogué, Stephen Fishbein, David Higbee, Daniel Laguardia, John Nathanson, Jeffrey Resetarits, Patrick Robbins, Lyle Roberts, Richard Schwed, Todd Stenerson, Henry Weisburg) were selected as a “Litigation Star.” An additional four partners (Jeff Hoschander, Mark Lanpher, Christopher LaVigne, Daniel Lewis) were also listed by Benchmark as a “Future Star.” Earlier this year, Grace Lee and Agnès Dunogué were recognized by Benchmark’s “40 & Under Hot List” and the “Top 250 Women in Litigation” guide, respectively.
