Sujin Chan-Allen is an associate in the Antitrust practice.
She focuses on antitrust, State aid and international trade law.
Sujin advises global companies on all aspects of EU Competition law and national laws worldwide. She has particular experience managing complex cross-border acquisitions in the technology, software, semiconductor, defense and broader sectors, involving government bodies in Europe, US, and Asia. She advises on contractual issues pertaining to distribution arrangements, intellectual property, export control, and contracts in a global mergers and acquisitions setting. Sujin also advises companies and governments on foreign investment law, international trade treaty and WTO obligations, Brexit arrangements, sanctions, export control, and dispute settlement.
Prior to joining the firm, Sujin was at the Brussels office of an American law firm, where she was recently seconded to a multinational technology company in Paris as acting Head of Global Antitrust. Previously she served as Counsel at the Trade Law Bureau of the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs.
