Daryl Chew is a partner in the International Arbitration practice and the Managing Partner of the Singapore office.
He has advised and represented clients in arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA, LMAA, HKIAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules, as well as ad hoc proceedings. These involve a wide range of applicable laws and venues, arising from energy, construction, M&A, joint venture and general commercial disputes.
Daryl also serves as arbitrator and has been appointed as presiding arbitrator and sole arbitrator in several institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
