Giovanni is counsel with Studio Legale Associato Shearman & Sterling LLP based in the Rome office.  He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and capital markets. He first joined Shearman in 2005 and rejoined in 2010, after earning his LL.M. from the Law School of the University of Chicago. From September 2010 until September 2011 he worked in the firm’s New York office where he further strengthened his experience in US capital markets and M&A transactions.
