Drew’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, including reorganizations, divestitures, venture capital, private equity and public company transactions.
Drew represents buyers, sellers and financial advisors across multiple industries and regularly advises clients on various issues of corporate governance and corporate law, and on various commercial arrangements, including partnerships, joint ventures and licensing arrangements.
Drew’s experience includes acquisition and general finance transactions, having represented arrangers, lenders and borrowers principally in the area of syndicated leveraged finance.
