- Ecopetrol on its joint venture with Occidental Petroleum Corporation to develop 97,000 net acres in the Permian Basin in West Texas
- Diversified Gas & Oil in its purchase of certain upstream and midstream oil and gas assets located in Pennsylvania and West Virginia from EQT Production Company and EQT Gathering for $125 million subject to customary adjustments
- Underwriters in connection with the follow-on public offering by Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. of 2.3 million shares of common stock at a public offering price of $58.00 per share, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds to Inspire of approximately $133.4 million
- Phoenix Park Energy Marketing in connection with the acquisition of Twin Eagle Liquids’ natural gas liquids assets
- Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and the other initial purchasers in connection with Buckeye Partners, L.P.’s offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.125 percent senior notes due 2025 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500 percent senior notes due 2028
- Frigoglass S.A.I.C. on the high yield notes offering of €260 million 6.875% senior secured notes due 2025 by its wholly owned subsidiary, Frigoglass Finance B.V.
