William Haun is an associate of the Antitrust and Litigation practices.

Will’s practice focuses on appellate advocacy, critical motions, and antitrust litigation.  He has successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, in addition to drafting briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court and federal appellate courts on behalf of international businesses, business leaders, elected officials, scholars, and non-profits.  He has assisted in the management of complex litigation, moots advocates before oral arguments in the U.S. Supreme Court, participated in depositions, and counseled clients on pending or impending complex federal litigation.

Between his experience in private practice, Will held clerkships with Judge Janice Rogers Brown of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Claude M. Hilton of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
