- K-SURE and the commercial lenders in relation to the development and financing of the Bahrain LNG terminal
- The lenders with respect to the engineering, procurement, construction, operation development, financing and design of the 200 MW Saih al Dahal independent power generation plant in Dubai using solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, the first private sector solar project in Dubai
- The mezzanine lenders on the financing of the Hassyan Clean Coal Power Project in Dubai
- JBIC in relation to the financing of the $3 billion Facility D project in Qatar, a 2,250 MW and 136.5 MIGD IWPP, in support of several Japanese bidding consortia
- Guinea Alumina Company SA (a subsidiary of Mubadala) on the development and financing of its bauxite mine, rail expansion and port terminal facilities at Kamsar, Guinea
- The lenders on the reserve based lending and limited recourse project financing of an offshore oil & gas project in Egypt
- DFIs on the EPC and O&M arrangements for a solar project being developed under the FiT programme in Egypt
- The Dow Chemical Company in relation to the marketing and other commercial arrangements for the $20 billion Sadara Integrated Refinery project carried out with Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia
