Michelle’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including corporate venture capital and strategic investments, equity financings, public and private offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
She regularly counsels corporate venture capital and strategic investors, investment funds and other venture capital investors on investments, divestments and other portfolio company matters. Her clients include Chevron Technology Ventures, Citigroup, CVS Health Ventures, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Texas Instruments, USAA and Yamaha Motor Ventures.
