- Private placement noteholders on the issuance of $850 million of fixed rate notes by ITR Concession Company, which operates, manages and maintains the Indiana Toll Road under a 75-year lease pursuant to a public-private partnership (P3) with the Indiana Finance Authority; note purchasers on the $670 million senior secured notes issuance by ITR Concession Company; lenders on the $350 million term loan to an intermediate holding company of the operator of the Indiana Toll Road
- JBIC, SMBC, HSBC, Mizuho, Banco del Estado de Chile, KFC, NEXI and KSURE as lenders or insurers on the $1.05 billion secured financing for the Cochrane power project in Chile developed by AES Gener and Mitsubishi
- Initial purchasers on the offering of $650 million in senior secured notes for Northfield Mountain LLC, a subsidiary of FirstLight, in connection with its pumped storage hydroelectric generating facility located in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont with approximately 1,168 MW of generating capacity
- Commercial and development banks on the Enel Green Power portfolio project financing of three solar photovoltaic (PV) plants in Mexico – Don Jose, Villanueva I and Villanueva III – with an aggregate project value of approximately $1 billion. - Energía del Valle de México Generador as borrower and EFS Global Energy EVM Tenedora as sponsors on senior secured term and letter of credit facilities, and the issuance of senior secured fixed rate notes to finance the development and operation of an approximately 850 MW greenfield combined cycle natural gas-fired power plant in the Axapusco municipality located outside of Mexico City
- FMO and the lenders on the financing of the construction of an approximately 12 MW expansion of the existing approximately 50 MW San Marcos wind project in Choluteca, Honduras
