Jennifer Oosterbaan is an associate in the Derivatives & Structured Products practice and represents derivatives clearinghouses, trading facilities, buy-side, sell-side, and other end-user market participants in the structuring and documentation of complex over-the-counter and exchange-traded derivatives transactions.  She assists clients in the negotiation and documentation of OTC derivative transactions and advises on investment management matters.  She also advises market participants with respect to commodities and other regulatory issues related to derivatives and other financial products, including implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act and other regulatory reforms.

Jennifer also participates in the firm’s FinTech Foundry program, which supports the FinTech-related activities of our clients and the wider global FinTech ecosystem including financial institutions, FinTech start-ups, accelerators and incubators, venture capital and private equity investors, and policymakers.
