Minkyu Park is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.
Minkyu represents both underwriters and issuers in U.S. and international equity offerings (including initial public offerings), high yield debt and investment-grade debt offerings and exchange offers. He has represented most of the major financial institutions, including BofA Securities, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, among others.
