- Blackhawk Mining LLC: Representation of an ad hoc group of lenders with over $250 million of exposure in its chapter 11 bankruptcy cases
- Pacific Gas & Electric Company: Representation of an ad hoc group of counterparties holding approximately 2,000 MWh in long-term power purchase agreements
