Cody Wright is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and member of the Tech M&A team.

Cody has diverse experience in domestic, international and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, as well as joint ventures and corporate governance matters, including activist defense. Before becoming an attorney, Cody was a software engineer for six years in the commercial aviation industry.

Cody is a partner advisor to Sterling Pride, the firm’s LGBTQ inclusion network, and a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force.
