A multidisciplinary Shearman & Sterling team wrote the US Project Finance chapter of the recently published edition of Getting the Deal Through, a book covering project finance in 34 jurisdictions worldwide. The book, published in September 2008 and launched at the International Bar Association Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina the week of October 13-17, provides corporate counsel and cross-border legal practitioners with comparative international analysis of key areas of law and policy.
