"La Jurisprudence du CIRDI" (ICSID Case Law) is based on Emmanuel Gaillard's yearly commentary on ICSID decisions and awards, published in the Journal du Droit international since 1986. The first volume, released in 2004, spans case law from 1965 through 2003. The second volume, published in early 2010, focuses on the years 2004 through 2008.
