Counsel Jeff Salinger (New York-Property/Environmental) and associate Seth Kerschner (New York-Property/Environmental) have authored the New York chapter in the ABA's 2010 book entitled, Brownfields, A Comprehensive Guide to Redeveloping Contaminated Property. Their chapter summarizes the key components of the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program, including the program's criteria for participation, financial incentives and liability protections.
