The SEC Division of Corporation Finance issued three sets of Frequently Asked Questions, and members of the staff of the Division of Corporation Finance participated in a panel discussion sponsored by the Practising Law Institute, to answer certain questions raised by the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, also known as the JOBS Act.
