Partners Azam Aziz, Geoffrey Goldman and Donna Parisi and associate James Larsen (all New York – Derivatives & Structured Products) published an article, titled “ISDA March 2013 Dodd-Frank Protocol (A.K.A. Dodd-Frank Protocol 2.0),” in the June 2013 issue of Derivatives Financial Products Report.

The article examines the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s recently published March 2013 Dodd-Frank Protocol, which is designed to facilitate compliance with certain CFTC rules relating to clearing, portfolio reconciliation and swap trading relationship documentation.
