Partner Donna Parisi (New York-Asset Management) authored an article on the importance of engaging men in women’s initiatives as part of IFLR Women in Business Law Group’s latest Best Practice Series on inclusiveness. Parisi and other Women in Business Law Group members discuss why men have a critical role to play in advancing the female talent pipeline and promoting diversity. In Parisi’s view, “Men have been excluded from discussions on gender diversity, which, ironically, is keeping well-meaning allies from speaking up and taking action.”
