In this installment of the series, Lilienfeld and other Women in Business Law Group members discuss the efforts law firms are making to improve work/life balance and provide support for parents in the workplace. “Balancing work and family is challenging at every step of a legal career, from associate to partner. Getting support in the workplace works out for all involved: the lawyer is supported, and the law firm keeps a talented employee,” says Lilienfeld.
