POST-INAUGURAL UPDATE: WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR IN A BIDEN ADMINISTRATION

Although financial services regulation did not receive significant attention during the 2020 election campaign, the election of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. and Democratic control of Congress will bring new regulatory and enforcement priorities for the financial services industry.
