EUROPEAN ANTITRUST TEAM AUTHORS CHAPTERS FOR ICLG: CARTELS & LENIENCY 2022

Partners Matthew Readings (London-Antitrust) and Elvira Aliende Rodriguez (Brussels-Antitrust); counsel Mathias Stöcker (Frankfurt-Antitrust); associate Ruba Noorali (London-Antitrust); and Trainee Victoria Rivas Santiago (Brussels-Antitrust) authored various chapters of the International Comparative Legal Guide: Cartels & Leniency 2022. As well as authoring various chapters, Matthew and Elvira were also contributing editors for the 2022 edition.

Elvira and Ruba authored the chapter titled “Recent Landmark Judgments in Cartel Cases: Pometon and Printeos,” as well as the chapter on the European Union; Elvira and Victoria authored the chapter on Spain. Mathias authored the chapter on Germany, and Matthew and Ruba authored the chapter on the United Kingdom.
