Shearman & Sterling partner Doreen Lilienfeld (New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) spoke on a panel titled “Self-Advocacy & Career Development: Effective Networking and Bonding” at The Women in Law & Leadership Summit in Philadelphia on March 14, 2018. Shearman & Sterling was a sponsor of the conference, which explores the career obstacles, risks and rewards on the path to a fulfilling and productive career for women lawyers. The conference provided networking and learning opportunities on topics including mentorship, gender equity and career management.
