Counsel Alexander Marcopoulos (Paris-International Arbitration) delivered the keynote speech at the “Construction Arbitration in the East Mediterranean” conference, held at our Paris office and organized by Young Professionals of Construction in Paris (YPCP).

The conference focused on the current issues related to construction arbitration in the particular context of the East Mediterranean region. In the keynote speech, Alexander addressed the risks that parties from the region face when dealing with standard form contracts or counterparties from different legal, linguistic or cultural backgrounds.
