Partner Emmanuel Jacomy (Singapore/Beijing-International Arbitration) spoke at the 6th French-Chinese Symposium on Law and Justice (“Rencontres Franco-Chinoises du Droit et de la Justice”) in Beijing on September 23.

The event took place at the French Embassy in Beijing.  The French-Chinese Symposium on Law and Justice aims to enhance the cooperation between Chinese and French legal professionals in matters of civil law, environmental law and business law.

Emmanuel gave a speech on investment treaty arbitration entitled “Environmental Clauses in Chinese Bilateral Investment Treaties.”
