Partner Toshiro Mochizuki (Tokyo-Capital Markets) was a panelist at Ernst & Young’s ShinNihon’s seminar, “Listings on the U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore Exchanges,” held in Tokyo on September 19, 2019. Toshiro participated on the panel entitled “Overseas Listings: Process and Considerations.”  

In this panel, speakers shared their thoughts on practical points to be mindful of when preparing for an overseas listing, including current legal and accounting issues, as well as considerations in choosing the appropriate advisors and service providers for an overseas listing.
