Partner Gillian Emmett Moldowan (New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) and associate Arielle Katzman (New York-Capital Markets) participated in IR Magazine’s ESG Integration Forum on December 5, 2019, hosted in Shearman & Sterling’s New York office. Gillian gave open remarks for the day and moderated a panel titled “The Regulatory Forces Changing Expectations on Public Companies” and Arielle helped facilitate “The Exchange: Roundtable Discussion on How Companies Can Change Their ESG Practices.” 

This forum, which focused on developing a company-specific approach and framework to ESG, was also supported by partner Stephen T. Giove (New York-Capital Markets).
