Associate Yael Ribco Borman (Frankfurt-International Arbitration) moderated a web-conference titled “International Arbitration in the Time of COVID-19: Challenges and Opportunities” on April, 14.

This virtual panel explored the new challenges that arbitration practitioners are facing and expected to face in the time of COVID-19, as well as the new opportunities. The tools that the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) has put in place to overcome these challenges were also discussed.
